This class will teach you our fundamentals that will have you ready for our Level 1 class!
How do I sign up?
We offer INTRO everyday at 6:15pm! However you must reserve in advance*
Call, email, or text us the morning of when you want to take INTRO and we will reserve your pole for that night.
If it is already full we will reserve you for the next available class!
How do I dress?
Dress sexy, dress happy, let loose!
Workout wear like tights/shorts are great, just make sure it is flexible and you are comfortable!
What else should I bring?
Heels! High, comfortable straps, sturdy heels are best. Bring what you have for your INTRO.
Yes we sell high heels here!
Our *Polestar training Stilettos* were tried, tested, and selected by Polestars based on their high ratings in comfort, sturdiness, and style.
Anything else I should note?
Yes. No lotions and oils on your hands or body. No rings or bracelettes.
Facial piercings are ok, however body piercing may interfere. If in doubt, show Susana and she will let you know.
